Q:The mobile phone cannot mirroring to the interactive flat panel

A:
1.Check if the registration of the casting software is activated.
2. Check if the mobile phone supports connect 5G hotspot.
3. Make sure all the authority have been enabled when download the casting software.
4. If the screen cast is still unavailable, please refresh the Android firmware or reset the factory settings.
5. If the 2861 main board can not cast after sign in, it requires reset the factory settings, and connect hotspots for registration.
